Hey guys! Over the past few days I've hit a few cities on the Cold War Kids tour (which I'll be posting tons of photos from soon) but I wanted to take some time out to share these photos with you.

They were shown in two separate issues of Cosmopolitan UK -- one being the May issue that I actually posed partially nude for. It was a really incredible experience -- I was pretty confident about the shoot because I knew I would be somewhat covered. I was definitely really excited about doing it because with all of the attention my body has been getting lately I wanted to show everyone that I am comfortable in my own skin. It's crazy the way I'm labeled as too fat one minute, and then too skinny the next -- I am who I am and I felt that posing in Cosmo was a good way to express my sentiments on the matter.

All of these photos were taken by Roberto D'Este, an incredibly talented photographer!

Working Out with Reebok

A few weeks ago I went to Reebok's Fit to Fly studio and tried a new workout called Jukari. Reebok collaborated with Cirque du Soleil to create this fun and exhilarating workout which I would definitely do again!

Martin Sheen and Me on the Set of 'Bhopal'

Here are two photos of me with my Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain co-star, Martin Sheen. I am wearing age makeup in both of them. The first photo I'm my regular character and the second one I'm supposed to look 45.

Martin is an incredible human, actor and was my rock through our part of filming. His kindness overwhelmed me, as well as his professionalism and just how down to earth he is. Those are the kind of actors I respect; no matter how famous you get, you remind yourself you're doing what you love to do. Even when it's grueling and we are re-writing all the lines ourselves, it's fun with someone like him.

More About My Time in Goa

Hey everyone. I just wanted to tell you all a little more about my time in Goa!

I slept every night outside in a hammock with quilts and pillows and would wake up at dawn. The hammock was just outside my sisters Zoe's room on the lawn and you could see the ocean. It was heaven! I was in serious need of this sort of break!

I was also doing tons of standard yoga, more for spirituality and the mind -- I love Buddhism. Here's a quote from the Dalai Lama to think about (if I was to get a tattoo it might be this one!)

"This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is our temple; the philosophy is kindness."

Photos from the Beaches of Goa

Here are some photos from my Christmas vacation in Goa. The ocean there was so beautiful and warm I didn't want to get out. I would swim all day, ate mostly a vegetarian diet and bought some beautiful things from the vendors I bargained with -- jewelry, saris, you name it.

Christmas was certainly different this year, as I usually ski during the holiday. But the Christmas display in Goa was beautiful.

My Christmas in India this Year

My Christmas's with my family have always been fairly traditional. Christmas dinners with turkey, gravy, sage and onion stuffing, peas, carrots and parsnips. There would also be green vegetables and roasted potatoes followed by Christmas pudding with brandy cream on top. We would always have a fully decorated Christmas tree with all the gifts stuffed beneath it on Christmas morning.

My fondest memory when I was a child was that every Christmas morning, gifts would magically appear under the tree and what was funny was that the gifts would almost be scattered in a trail and footprints would be leading into the room hinting that they had been delivered by none other than St. Nick himself! Just when I began to suspect it was my parents they took it a step further and hired a Santa to come in!

This Christmas, because I'm in India filming Bhopal: A Prayer for Rain, my family will be spending the holidays here with me! This will be a little different from all of our previous Christmas's but our goal is to at least manage a traditional Christmas dinner.

Take a look at the photos I included. The first one is of me and my sister Hania in New York City when I was five and she was three, and the other two are of my dogs Charlie and Ziggy.

Photos from the Opening of the Palms Atlantis Resort

Here are some photos from the Grand Opening celebration of the Palms Atlantis Resort in Dubai. It was so much fun because I got to sit with some friends of mine including Mary-Kate Olsen, Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, and the designer, Matthew Williamson who you might remember from a previous post of me wearing one of his dresses! Making Friends With Dolphins!!!

Last week some of my friends and I spent some quality time with a few dolphins at the Aquaventure water park at the Palms Atlantis Resort in Dubai! We all had such a fantastic time and I even got a kiss from one of the dolphins! They really are such friendly, sweet creatures and I hope to do this again sometime soon. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!
