Hulk Hogan Hypes it Up for His Brooke-tini

6:30 pm in Family, Inside Hollywood by

Everybody already knows that Hulk Hogan is always willing to lend his daughter Brooke Hogan a helping hand.

So it shouldn’t be surprising that the Hulkster would record an intro for what’s destined to be the latest in a long line of musical masterpieces for Brooke, her remix “Judgment Day.” (Out on July 4, y’all!)

What is a little shocking is how out-of-control Hulk gets during the intro.

“My little teeny-weeny Brooke-tini is doing the baddest mix tape around!” the wrestling legend bellows, before declaring the Hogan crew’s Floridian street cred.

“We’re as far East as you can get, Jack! We’ve go the heels of our tippy-tippy toes in the Atlantic ocean!” Hogan declares.

Well, uh, okay, then.

Anna Kournikova’s Vegas Fight Night

5:45 pm in Feuds by

Anna Kournikova, best known for being a tennis champ, might want to consider trading in her racket for some boxing gloves.

According to The New York Post, the tennis queen wasn’t afraid to throw some punches when a woman threw a drink at her on Saturday night at Lavo in Las Vegas.

The unidentified woman, who was sitting at the next table, “threw a drink at Anna. She felt Anna was invading her space,” said a source.

Things got nasty between the two and Kournikova “sprung into action,” pushing and shoving the woman.

Apparently the other woman didn’t hold back either, because Anna was left with some brutal scratch marks all over her neck.

“It was a big fight,” the spy said.

We wonder who ended up winning!

‘The Runaways’ Lands Two New Cast Members

5:00 pm in Movies by

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning have two new actors joining them in the cast of their Joan Jett biopic The Runaways, which started filming in Los Angeles last week.

Tatum O’Neal has been cast as Dakota’s character’s mother, according to Life & Style. Tatum is the daughter of Ryan O’Neal and step-daughter of the late Farrah Fawcett, and is also the youngest actress to have ever won an Academy Award. (That’d be for her role in 1973′s Paper Moon, not her performance during her drug bust last year.)

In addition, LatinoReview.com has revealed that Alia Shawkat has joined the cast, as 18-year-old bass player Robin. Alia played Mae “Maeby” Funke in the cult-hit comedy series Arrested Development.

Bruno Gains Another Enemy

4:15 pm in Feuds by

Uh-oh, looks like Sacha Baron Cohen has incurred the wrath of a very powerful foe.

OK! Magazine reports that Los Angeles Superintendent Ramon Cortines is steamed at Cohen about pictures he posed for—in the guise of his gay Austrian fashionista character Bruno—in the most recent issue of GQ magazine.

Seems that Cortines is none too thrilled that Cohen posed with members of the Birmingam High School—located in the San Fernando Valley—football team for the photo-spread. It might have something to do with the fact that Cohen was only wearing shoulder pads, tights shorts and an athletic cup—on the outside of his shorts—at the time.

Now Cortines is claiming that the school district has “allowed our students to be used.”

No word on whether Cortines plans to bring Cohen to court over this most grievous offense. So far in he run-up to his latest film Cohen has been sued by a bingo-game organizer for allegedly causing her bodily harm while filming a scene for his upcoming laff-riot, Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America for the Purpose of Making Heterosexual Males Visibly Uncomfortable in the Presence of a Gay Foreigner in a Mesh T-Shirt.

Michael Jackson to Receive Public Viewing

3:30 pm in Lifestyle by

What better way to begin the 4th of July weekend than viewing the remains of an American icon?

CNN reports that deceased King of Pop Michael Jackson‘s body will receive a public viewing on Friday at his former home, Neverland Ranch.

Also, a private memorial service will be held for the singer on Sunday.

Jackson purchased the Neverland Ranch, which is located north of Santa Barbara, California, in 1987, and it soon became famed for its vast menagerie of animals and amusement-park rides. He moved from the property in 2005 and nearly lost the  property due to financial difficulties earlier this year, but came to a last-minute arrangement to retain a stake in it.

It’s not known whether Neverland will be Jackson’s final resting place. Rudy Clay, the mayor of Gary, Indiana—Jackson’s hometown—is lobbying the Jackson family to have him buried there. One suggestion is that a burial site could be located near a proposed Jackson family museum and a performance arts center.

“The mayor had spoken with a contact of the Jackson family and expressed our interest in having that to be a part of the history of this great family,” says a spokesperson for Clay. “We have not received confirmation on that.”

(The family has announced that they have no plans for a funeral until a second autopsy has been performed on Jackson’s body.)
