I would love to hear about what kind of music you like ( I heard that you have a amazing taste in music ) :)
Well, of course, as a guy, I don't use make-up, and don't really know that much about the subject. But even I'd noticed that you do tend to love the black eyeliner. Not that I can blame you, because you've got such amazingly beautiful eyes, and I can understand you wanting to draw attention to them.
Personally, I think that you usually get the make-up just right. I really hate to see girls looking like they've put their make-up on with a builder's trowel and finished it off with the kind of bright primary colours you usually see on a clown. For me, that's just not attractive at all, and the very subtle "less is more" approach that you seem to use always looks so much better. Then again, I think you're such a natural beauty that you don't really need any make-up at all (although, based on my experience with past girlfriends, I'm sure you'd probably disagree about that!!).
And before anyone says anything, yes, even I admit that there's been a few moments when I've looked at pictures of you at events etc, and thought "oh dear" when it comes to the make-up. And, usually, that's been a result of a bit TOO much black around the eyes! The other thing that usually gets me shaking my head when it comes to you and make-up is when, at a photoshoot, they do whatever it is they do to hide your freckles. Like your eyes, they're such a gorgeous feature, and it's really a shame when they decide they need to hide them from us.
Well, only a couple of days to go to your birthday - Are you looking forward to it? As I'm sure you already know, we're all sending you our best wishes for the day, and hoping you get loads of great presents.

If she's any good in this movie and it gets major distribution I'm sure we'll be seeing her on top of the world again. I always thought one the biggest mistakes (amongst many) they made with that piece of shit Superman movie a few years back was not casting Mischa Barton as Lois Lane. If she's any good playing a reporter in this film then hopefully they'll correct that mistake next go round.
Either way, good for her going after more serious roles and not wasting time being chased by the paps and shallow celebrity bloggers in the US. The only reason those vapid lemmings ostracized her is because she smoked too much pot, got fat and dated a bunch of regular looking guys. That's so stupid.
I really like these videos you're posting here! that's exactly what we were looking for.. so thank you for letting the people who are admiring you share everything with you.
For your question about favorite product, well, L'oreal for the mascara, Eve Rocher for the fondation and the lipstick.
As what Adrian said before, You have a natural beauty, you really don't need to make-up.

anyway..I was saying that the strange thing is that I'm not become your fan for marissa..cause I liked seth at the timebut for YOU as person..I remember the first things I loved about u were that u love dogs a lot like I do,your simply amazin blonde hair with your good style and the way u replied on questions..can't say it all but we have point of view in commonl...a good actress should have fans just in this way...cause it's her,her acting..not for marissa!

Having just read the comment above from Michela (Smad), I've got to say that sounds very similar to me in some respects... Like her, it's not because of Marissa and The OC that I'm here posting on this site - It's because of the wonderful person I see behind the character. In fact, when I first "discovered" you, I'd never even heard of The OC, because it was the internet that first brought you to my attention when I was doing a search for some information. I'd followed a link from Google to a web page, and was scanning it looking for the information I wanted when, all of a sudden, I was stopped dead in my tracks by a picture of THE most beautiful woman I'd ever seen. I had no idea who it was, but the caption said "Mischa Barton", and I knew I had to find out more about this amazingly beautiful lady. So I googled your name, and the more I read, the more I knew you were a truly special person who I wanted to know a lot more about. That was a couple of years ago now, and you still seem as amazing a person to me now as you did back then - In fact, probably even more amazing, and definitely even more beautiful! And, thanks to you, I've made some amazing friends around the world via the various forums and websites connected with you.
And that's why I really appreciate you posting all of these updates, and especially the videos. Those in particular show us that you really are the sweet, kind, intelligent and caring person we see and read about in all the interviews and magazine articles. You've intrigued me ever since I saw you on "Ring of Endless Light" on Disney Channel a few years ago! I watched the very first O.C. episode right when it came out, (not having a clue it would become some big hit phenomenon) only because a fansite of yours advertised the premiere!

Anyways, I LOVE that you pick off beat roles and do indie films. I never go anywere without mascara. Haha. But my favotrite makeup is probably my concealer from Makeupstore. When i don't feel like doing that much i put some concealer on where i need it along with some blush and mascara. :)

You look so beautiful even without your makeup! My one makeup need that I HAVE to have on is mascara. I am a blonde, and my eye lashes look like they disappear when I don't have mascara on, so I have to at least put that on when walking out the door!
