While I was in South Africa working with the Save the Children organization, my boyfriend at the time and I did some traveling and sightseeingI   There's so much to see in Africa that you can't find anywhere in the U.S., or in most places for that matter.  It's not everyday that you get to see a lion, or a giraffe standing just a few feet away from you.

It wasn't all play though -- I had to do a few photo shoots while I was there.  You can see a few pictures from the shoots in the photo gallery I put up.  You'll also find other pictures from my trip in there so be sure to check them out!

It's so rare that you get to be in such a beautifully natural environment; it's an experience you have to embrace and truly appreciate!

I would love to hear about all of your favorite trips!  Any suggestions for my next one?

My favorite city is Venice. I also like the national parks in the U.S., especially Yosemite and Yellowstone. There's a book called "1001 Places To See Before You Die" that is a big help in planning trips.

Great thing what you do for Save the Children!

Your Smile is always so Gorgeous and Beautiful. :)

mischa I'm ur biggest fan in Turkey! I suggest u to come İstanbul.
I love you so much!!

wow it looks gorgous there. the siteseeing looks awsome while helping the children =]

The trip looks beautiful! It probably held a lot of mixed emotions for you. I have to say that I haven't had many holidays, but when I get the chance, I'd love to go to France and Germany for all the World War history. I (perhaps rather sadly) would prefer to see the big cats in the comfort of my living room!

The only time I've been abroad was to Menorca, it at the time at least was relatively untouched by commercialisation, with gorgeous beaches and ocean, it was quite a different sight to South Africa I imagine.

You no what, im 17 and have NEVER been out of my country! lol...But, I am determind to live somewhere other than England...I would love to live in Africa, and Australia...But there are sooo many places in the world...Thailand...Now that would be amazing...but im a sort of a soppy romantic! So I would love to visit Rome and Venice, Paris...all the "Educational" landmarks my friend would call it lol.

Anyway, much love from UK(Again)

Dear Mischa,

You have a heart of gold, even with your busy schedule you manage to help and save children.

Please come to Cambodia. You will be impressed by the beauty of Ankor Wat temples.

Much love.

I think you should deffo visit Venice, I haven't been much abroad in my life, but Venice is he most beautiful city I've seen! Oh and come to Munich to the 'Oktoberfest' ;)

Philippines has wondeful white sand, clear and blue water.. Have you heard of Boracay? Although, its overrated and commercialized, you can still go to places like Bohol, Siquijor or Palawan.. Many filipinos love to see you! You'll see how people here love you and made great reviews about u on magazines

Hi Mischa, I'm your fan from Brazil and I would like to say that you're amazing and very talented, people here love you ! I think you should visit Rio de Janeiro, the city is wonderful, the beaches, the nightclubs, Christ the Redeemer, and many others places!

Hey Mischa,
My favorite place is the big old garden of Tivoli in Italy. The garden was designed for an old lord on top of the mountain. It's very big with a lot of fountains, old stairs and beautiful plants and gives you a great view over the landscape of Italy.
Xx
Ps
It's not my hometown wich is in Holland (don't go there, only cows and green meadows) so no stalking fans;)

i've always wanted to go to africa :) i love photography so it would be a nice thing to do. i've wanted to go to california since i was about 10 and it's something iäm planning to do this summer actually. so excited!! i live in sweden, and i know alot of people think it's "exotic" .. don't know why. but yeah sure, it's a nice place. haha. you could come visit. that would be nice :D

Hey Mischa,
I love traveling its so much fun! Not only to meet new ppl but also to discover new places and environments plus you learn a lot about yourself.
I went backpacking in Australia almost three years ago which was absolutely amazing, fantastic...you name it. Its pretty much the best thing I've done/experienced - ever!
Went to New York last year. What can I say other than I loved it?!! Paris and London are cool cities as well.
You should come to Sweden/Stockholm. Its pretty cold and a lot of snow this time of the year so you should come during the summer. Thats when Stockholm's at its best. Just let me know, and I'll show you around :P

Take care, xxo

Very fun to see that you have got your own page so we can follow you in another way than just the gossip magazines! :)

I think that you are a amazing girl so keep up the good work :)

Love from Sweden
www.jessi.se ( i got my own page too :))

I haven´t traveled a lot, but my dream trip would be to New York :)

I've been on a amazing trip, a little communtiy in the south of India called Kovalam. It's a short trip by car from Thiruvantapuram-airport :-)

Kovalam, and Kerala over all, is one of those places you just have to visit once in life.
The hole experience was nothing like a swedish girl (like me) have ever seen, and i doubt that i'll ever will see anything like that wounderful country again :)

Ohmigod, you are like the cutest thing ever! :)
You should come to Sweden! It sucks - you're gonna love it! ;)

from Germany

I know this is an old one, so dont know if you read this anymore,

but thailand is really nice, there's this great little island, koh phi phi, there's amazing diving, and tons of places to get diving lessons from. The night life is really lively, the people are super friendly and theres a lot of other tourists to meet. its such a small island, there are no cars, its very chill and relaxing. Nice for a get away from most civilization.

Africa is def. on my list of places to visit, and greece!

the best countrys i have been in,
are Israel and USA :D

but i really want to go to Autralia, Greenland or Africa :D

..Sanne, Denmark

Mischa!

Living in Moscow, I have just a little more leniency to travel world wide. Honestly, one of my best vacations was in Crete, at the Sheraton Hotel. Try it if you have time for yourself and need something relaxing. I stayed in the villas with my family, and it's cute because you have your own swimming pool and the rooms are nice. This place is, well, pretty amazing.

Hi Mischa!
I luv all your pics from Africa. I've never been there, but i think it would be really interesting place to go.

You've asked about our favorite trip... i think it depends on what you wanna do (relax, cultural trip, mountain, beach, city...) and who with you're going (lol, of course)

last year i was in Santorini, a greek island... small beaches, small white houses whith dark blue windows, the famous sunset... tipically mediterranean. i didn't wanna come back!

i've read above a comment about Menorca (spain). if you wanna go to a place "relatively untouched by commercialisation" and you have to choose between any Balearic Island, i recommend you Formentera...(i would really love to go there..). the island its very small so you can hire a boat and go to ibiza (party, total hippie history) or mallorca.

this summer surely i'm visiting italy. first i'll go to venice and then to..sicily!

but i think you haven't got to go very far of the states... i've been in boston and.... i luv that city! if a have the chance to return to the states, i would like to go to the west coast: san diego, LA, san francisco,... you know, "surfing USA"..it would be pretty good! or the road 66 with my friends, it would be awsome!!

as you see, i love travelling!! and i wanna visit as much places i can...

sorry about my english, i'm spanish, and because of my studies i have completely abandoned my english lessons...hahahhahaha. and sorry also the length os my comment...lol.

best wishes, nerea

Those are realy cool pic's mischa :) cause im living in south africa and have a dream to tour al over the world one day :))
